Encoder Interface

The encoder interface between mechanical rotation and power controller is a new range of rotary optical encoders from Mahims Systems. Robust and providing trouble free performance, the new encoder, Model HH58UVW, is a transducer, which is an interface between mechanical rotating motion and power controller of motor. Features: standard counts 1024 per revolution with quadrature A B signals with mark to space ratio 1:1 maintained; along with provided commutation control signals UVW for digital controller; semi hollow shaft can be coupled to motor shaft directly for shaft sizes from 8-16 mm dia; mounting on motor frame of this weight less device is very simple by flexible SS plate; special shape of SS flexible plate provided acts as coupling that ensures attenuation in conducting mechanical vibrations to the main internal IR sensing assembly inside encoder, further extends reliability and life of the encoder; in rotating condition slight misalignment gets adjusted within tolerance without missing a single pulse;
