Digital readout for paper cutting machines

Electronic Switches offers a special purpose micro controller based digital readout (DRO) for paper cutting machines. While working on a paper cutting machine operator has to measure the paper size and set the cut. The use of DRO directly displays size of the paper, which increases productivity of the machine. This is an encoder bases system, which displays the position of the measure of the machine. It can be fitted to machine with any screw pitch. The required scale factor for different screw, is settable at customer end. DRO displays position of measure in centimetres or inches as per requirement of the user. The system has a facility of auto calibration at power On so that DRO is automatically calibrated at power On. It also has a facility of power size correction required for practical use of the system. The company also offers the paper cutting machine controller, which automatically stops the measure at preset position and makes the operation fully automatic.
