Call Buffer For Pabx

The CallSentry Call Buffer for use with EPABXs is an intelligent device that buffers all the call information that is coming out of EPABX through serial port for onward transmission to a computer for data analysis, at a later time. The CallSentry collects data from PABX throughout the day and the data can be taken out of CallSentry into a computer once in a week. Thus computer need not be dedicated to collect data from PABX. The serial port is optically isolated for higher reliability. The CallSentry operates on 230 V mains as well as a built-in battery to ensure uninterrupted working. This ensures that call data output from PABX is never lost. It has battery backed memory to store call data for 500 calls. Data transfer to PC and memory management are performed through a front panel keyboard. Front panel indications are available to indicate buffer full and battery charging conditions.
