Machine Controllers, PC Based ? M & FA Type

Devanshi Electronics offers PC based machine controllers, M type and FA type. Hardware feature: for best performance M-type controller uses Intel or AMD CPU to perform the screen and process sequence. A separate CPU is used for temperature control process and the complicated PID logic. These controllers use front insert card structure and DIN 41612C connector for reliability and quality. The control panel is made up of anodised aluminium plates. Ball bearing fans are used for cooling. This demonstrates high quality and assured performance. M and FA-type controllers can be configured as per customer’s requirement for any applications or machine. Software features: for fast execution of the screen function the screen programming is done in C++. The process sequence is programmed in ladder language.
