Integrated Drive Systems offers Fieldbus Master Controller, FCT241. This is a black box motion controller equipped with a PowerPC microprocessor, and programmable according to the standard IEC61131. Salient features: up to 40 axes motion control (real time) via CANOpen; communication ports - RS232, Ethernet; FieldBus on board - 2 CAN ports; optional FieldBus - ProfiBus-DP slave; memory mass - Compact flash; dynamic RAM - 32 MBytes ; flash Eprom - 32 Mbytes; and static RAM - 128 kbytes. The system is master CANOpen and it is based on the real-time operating system OS (Precise MQX) with drivers developed by CMZ. With the IEC61131 approach it is possible for the customer/user the development of own libraries. CMZ has developed a wide range of libraries for the classic axes movement function like: cut to length, electronic CAMS, multi level interpolation, flow-pack, shift and capture, CNC, RP, hydraulic axes, communication, file management, temperature control, weight control and libraries dedicated to the realization of whole machine.
