Aster 5000 maximum demand controller is installed to monitor the maximum demand of electricity power used in all high tension/low tension industry to ensure that demand should not exceed the contracted demand with the electric supply authorities. This is a high precision micro controller device with capability to measure both instantaneous and cumulative values in electrical feeder. The energy flow is monitored both way for import and export. This meter indicates a maximum demand threshold crossing and can take suitable action.
