Asia Automation offers Controllers. It is used for pressure die casting machines. It offers high performance. It is specifically designed and not just a substitute for contactor logic or discrete logic controller. It provides following features compared to other blind PLC solutions: setting of various parameters like selection of cores, timings, etc, through LCD MMI - reduces setting time, more parameters under control without cluster of selection switches and indication lamps; built-in limits for parameter setting, protects machine/ die against incorrect settings by operator; three level password based access to settings and machine parameters; high power engine CPU performs control with great consistency; movement/ operation status on LCD display, large sized LED numeric display; alarm messages in plain English, pin pointing the inputs and outputs related with operations; optional modules and sensors provide monitoring of injection speed in two phases and intensification pressure reached; optional modules, sensors and proportional valve for intensification enable digital setting of intensification pressure; proven industrial grade hardware of the controller is extremely reliable even in hostile environment; and memorised settings for up to 32 dies/ components eliminates programming time required for die/ component changeover.
