Features of the PC-based control system for injection and blow moulding machines include: uses high speed 16-bit CPU, 320 x 240 or 240 x 128 pixels LCD display; data locked by hardware and software to avoid improper setting; fully machine running status display on screen, alarm status display, etc; main system rack installed common bus board, easy pull off boards; 32 digital inputs 32 digital outputs 4 analog inputs 4 analog outputs; 8 zones of auto tuning PID temperature control; thermocouple break alarm function; data memory ? up to 60 sets of data memory; input and output signal monitoring screen; 4 steps injection, 4 step hold pressure with individual pressure and speed setting; and auto mould height adjustment, auto lubrication, auto purge functions provided.
