Auto Tuned PID Controller (Microprocessor Based, Fy Series)

Devanshi Electronics has introduced a microprocessor based auto tuned PID controller, a first in India (namely FY Series). It has high accuracy and reliability at low cost with total service back up facilities. It has a number of advance features like multi-range input (thermocouple, RTD, mV, mA) each with 14 bit resolution and also adjustable output range. The working voltage is 85- 65 V AC, 50/60 Hz and also it has got dual 4-digit displays. There are 3 alarm points with 17 alarm modes and non-volatile memory. Auto zero and auto span circuits maintain very good accuracy, ie, ? 0.2% FSD. Optionally it can have 2 profiles of 8steps each. Each step can be rising/following ramp function or can be programmed as single profile of 16 steps. Optional RS-232 or RS-485 communication and also re-transmission facility with smart temperature transducer can be available. Single/three phase angle/zero crossing integral cycle output pulses to be connected to SCR model directly. It can also have an option to get motorised valve control output. The company has different sizes of this particular model of PID.
