Solder Pot

In electronic, electrical and automobile industries there are times when one has to carry out tinning operations. This may be on a component such as resistor, capacitor or a stripped wire where lead out ends are to be tinned. Or it may be stripped wire ends to be soldered; or wire ends of wiring harness, crimped lugs to be tinned. One can think of various applications. Superb Products has developed various types of solder pots depending on customer requirements. These are available in several models, all-working on 230 V AC. The smallest model in the range, SB-200, comes in pot dimensions of 50 x 40 mm deep, round shaped pot, rated at 200 W and pot capacity of solder 0.7 kg and temperature range approx 325°C. The largest is Model SB-500, comes in pot dimensions of 117 x 110 x 50 mm, rectangular shaped pot, rated at 700 W and pot capacity of solder 6.5 kg and temperature range between 200°C to 425°C.
