Gautam Enterprises offers Master Cool Arts-SB, a power and energy saver that can save a lot on the energy and electricity bills every month with out sacrificing a system"s efficiency. This is a sensor-based controller that automatically switches the fan motor situated on top of the cooling tower on/off, with respect to the temperature of the water. This temperature is sensed with a 2" sensor fitted to the water tank, below the cooling tower while the fan motor runs for the required time only. The unnecessary running of fan motor is thus avoided, thereby saving a lot of energy/power and water. This results in recurring savings for any company without affecting the cooling efficiency. The savings are up to 70 per cent with payback within 30 - 45 days. These savings particularly increase during night shifts, winter season, when the load on cooling tower is less. The operation is completely automatic and it switches over to direct mode in case of emergency. Further, it is maintenance free, and can be mounted with the existing starter and motor configurations. It is ideally suited for all cooling towers of any make, capacity and used for any application. It is available in sturdy MS body duly powder coated.
