Continuity Tester
Continuity tester is a device, which indicates whether there is a conducting path between the two measuring points to be tested. If there is continuity it sounds a continuous beep and the large 10 mm LED also glows. This works on the principle of apply the voltage through one probe and detecting the sane through the second probe. If there is conduction between the two measuring points the buzzer sounds and the LED glows. The standard adjustment for detecting the continuity is set at 40 ohms. Other settings on request or could be made field adjustable. It works on standard available 9 V battery. The battery is on-field replaceable. Rugged plastic ABS body with powder coated metal back plate is suitable for harsh industrial environment.
