Digital Cool Arts-SB is a power and energy saver, which can save a tidy sum every month without sacrificing efficiency of the system. This is a sensor-based controller that automatically switches the fan motor situated on top of the cooling tower On/Off, with respect to the temperature of the water. This temperature is sensed with a 2’ long sensor fitted onto the water tank, below the cooling tower. The fan motor runs for the required time only. The unnecessary running of fan motor is thus avoided, thereby saving a lot of energy/power and water. This results in recurring savings for the company, without affecting the cooling efficiency. The savings are to the tune of up to 70%, whereby one recovers the cost of Digital Cool Arts-SB in just 30-45 days! These savings particularly increase during night shifts/winter season, when the load on cooling tower is less, etc. The operation is completely automatic. Features: there is a continuous display of water temperature; facility to individually set motor On/Off temperatures; built-in water level controller; facility to set hooter warning temperature; built-in hour meters to calculate, verify cum monitor the savings; it can be fixed with existing starter and motor configuration; and suitable for any capacity of motor.
