Power Distribution Boards & PCC Panels

Prayaas Automation offers low voltage operated Power Distribution Boards (PDB) and Power Control Centre (PCC) panels. PDBs and PCCS are made in single front accessing, fixed construction having a depth of 800 mm minimum, height 2375 mm, and width at least 800 mm for each vertical cubicle. This will be in multiples of 800 mm based on customer needs and application demands. The panels are provided with internal metallic and insulated barriers to create distinct compartment for busbars, feeders and cabling, and provided with suitably rated air circuit breakers along with shunt trip, under voltage relay and other microprocessor based protection relays. The busbars is routed through FRP insulator. In case of aluminium and copper busbar joint, necessary bimetal busbar link is being maintained properly. Both the horizontal and vertical busbars are rated for 70 kA/50 kA for 1 second; vertical and horizontal busbars are accessible from front and rear portion of the panel; the doors of the panel are provided with gaskets to make it dust and vermin proof, and a suitably designed panel lock has been provided. All ACBs are provided with automatic safety shutters as a standard. The panels can be designed to accept top or bottom cable entry or bus duct entry as per customer needs and application demands.
