Risha Control Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO: 9001 certified company, manufactures LT Switchboards and Power Control Panels (PCC). These are available for various ratings up to 6400 A, for all types of industries and installations. These switchboards and PCCs are tested up to 70 kA short circuit capacity, and are equipped with aluminium/tinned copper busbars. There is prominent display of incomings/buscouplers and connecting scheme via mimic lines. Apart from LT switchboards and PCCs, the company also manufactures motor control panels (MCC) and drawout MCCs, automatic power factor controller (APFC) panels, busducts and rising mains, PLC automation panels, DG synchronisation and AMF panels, power and lighting DBs, AC/DC VFD panels, capacitors panels, feeder pillars, control desks/mimic panels, starters (DOL, SDS, ATS, SRS), etc.
All these products are type tested for:

• Short circuit tests (up to 70 kA for 4000/5000 A rating) as per ISS
• Degree of protection – IP-52, IP-54, IP-55 and IP-65 as per ISS
• Internal arc test as per IEC (latest addition)
• In-house temperature rise testing facility up to 4000A.

The promoters of the company are a group of qualified and well experienced engineers, known in the field of panel manufacturing from a long time and the panels designed and manufactured by the company are in use by various private industries, and government sector organisations in different working areas. The company has all manufacturing and testing facilities at its works including CNC machines (Amada) for cutting and punching, and in house powder coating plant.
