Risha Control Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO: 9001 certified company, manufactures Motor Control Centres (MCCs), and Drawout MCCs. These are available: with various feeders/starters including VFDs/soft starters (different control buses/systems) in Form 3 and 4; compact MCCs with mimic in Form 2 and 3; drawout type feeders with fully drawout version, self aligning contacts, etc; and fully drawout feeders having interchange time below 100 sec. Risha drawout panels are working since last 20 years in reputed companies like SAIL, NTPC, SJVNL, HNG, Dalmia, Grasim, etc. Apart from motor control centres and drawout MCCs, the company also manufactures LT switchboards and PCCs, automatic power factor controller (APFC) panels, busducts and rising mains, PLC automation panels, DG synchronisation and AMF panels, power and lighting DBs, AC/DC VFD panels, capacitors panels, feeder pillars, control desks/mimic panels, starters (DOL, SDS, ATS, SRS), etc. All these products are type tested for: short circuit tests (up to 70 kA for 4000/5000 A rating) as per ISS; degree of protection - IP-52, IP-54, IP-55 and IP-65 as per ISS; internal arc test as per IEC (latest addition); and in-house temperature rise testing facility up to 4000A. The promoters of the company are a group of qualified and well experienced engineers, known in the field of panel manufacturing from a long time and the panels designed and manufactured by the company are in use by various private industries, and government sector organisations in different working areas. The company has all manufacturing and testing facilities at its works including CNC machines (Amada) for cutting and punching, and in house powder coating plant.
