LT Busducts

United Electric Co (Delhi) Pvt Ltd offers a range of LT Busducts. These LT busducts cover a wide range of applications other then the generator bus, including connections between a transformer and switchgear. Depending on the characteristics of the bus, they can be constructed as segregated phase, non-segregated phase or open bus. Non-segregated phase busduct is normally used in industrial utilities, power plants for interconnections between switchgear and transformers and lower capacity generator connections or between different switchboard units. 3-phase busbars are housed in a common enclosure, made of either aluminium or mild steel, depending upon the rating and customer’s requirements. Conductor can be aluminium or copper, supported on FRP/SMC insulators. The company manufactures a wide range of non-segregated phase busducts up to 6000 A and 65 kA short circuit withstand rating. It has own designed insulators and copper/aluminium flexibles. These busducts are designed for degree of protection of IP: 55.
