HT Busducts

United Electric Co (Delhi) Pvt Ltd offers a range of HT Busducts. These HT busducts cover a wide range of applications other than the generator bus, including connections between a transformer and switchgear. Depending on the characteristics of the bus, they can be constructed as segregated phase, non-segregated phase or open bus. A segregated phase busduct is normally used for high voltage applications, generally in power generating stations and industrial or distribution plants for lower capacity generator connections, interconnections between switchgear and transformers or between different switchboard units. 3-phase busbars are housed in a common enclosure, made of either aluminium or mild steel, depending upon the rating and customer’s requirements with phase segregation by non-magnetic (Al)/insulating (FRP) barriers. Conductor can be aluminium or copper, supported on cast resin insulators. The company manufactures a wide range of segregated phase busducts from 3.3 kV to 33 kV, up to 3000 A. The busducts are designed for degree of protection of IP: 55.
