Energy Savers

Face Automation offers Energy Savers. It has a logic control box for saving electricity in power press, shearing machine, and hydraulic power press. The control box is connected to the motor control circuit suitably. The box is fitted on to the power press in a suitable location. The existing setup of the electrical control in the machine is not disturbed due to this installation. When the machine is continuously on use the energy saver box monitors the same and keeps the motor of the machine on continuous running position. Incase of the machine is not used to production use and only the motor is kept running position, it is obvious that we are wasting electricity and so the production cost goes high. Under such non-productive working condition, the energy saver box monitors the same and stops the machine from running beyond 3 minutes of time. Incase operator needs the machine to restart it is needed to start the machine by pressing the green push button on the remote push button station of the machine as in the regular work practice.
