Electrostatic Precipitator for Coated Abrasives

Circuits and Controls manufactures indigenously an Electrostatic Precipitator for coated abrasives for coated abrasive plants, starting from design, preparation of drawings manufacturing and commissioning as per customer’s requirement. The major components are: 50 kV AC/DC rectifier transformer unit; and a hopper for the electrostatic plant. Established in the year 1968, Circuits and Controls is a company started by two young graduate electrical engineers with the first job of design and consultation for India’s first indigenous electrostatic coated abrasive plant and successful commissioning. Since then the company has designed many such plants on turn-key basis. The company also manufactures different types of electronic relays for industrial purposes in its electronic works. These relays are mainly used in control of machine tools, chemical plants, cranes, and other industrial applications. Also industrial electronic controls, such as, thyristor converters, industrial inverters, high voltage variable frequency power supplies, etc. In the control panel works all sorts of electrical control panels and combined electrical and electronic control panels are manufactured, e.g., PCCs, MCCs, PDBs, control panels for EOT cranes, jib cranes, railway traversers, transfer cars, electric jacks winding machines, power station auxiliaries, rope-ways, material handling plants, pig casting machines, etc.
