Control Panels
Circuits and Controls manufactures different types of Control Panels such as PCCs, MCCs, PDBs, specific control panels for steel plants, railway industries, rubber factories, plastic industries, chemical plants, paper mills, defence industries, etc. These panels are made with customer specific manufacturing systems:
- Drawings are approved by customers or their consultants
- The panels are made of 2.0 or 1.6 mm
- CRCA steel sheet
- Panels are surface treated by sand blasting or chemical treatment as desired, and/or powder coated as per customers’ choice, after proper surface treatment
- Materials used are all reputed makes, e.g., Siemens, L&T, BCH, ABB, Schneider, etc., as per customers’ choice/recommended by consultants
- Superior quality wires Finolex, BCH, Nicco, etc., are used for wiring
- Panels are tested before despatch
- The following routine tests are carried out – a) Sequence test, b) HV test, c) Current injection test and d) Any recommended routine test

These control panels have been inspected and passed by RITES, MECON, NTPC, DSP, and other private institutions. The control boxes have been type tested for IP54 and IP55 as per IS by National test House, Kolkata.
