Energy Meter Calibration System

Ccube System offers energy meter calibration system. This is a state-of-the-art PC based calibration system, which enables automated calibration of energy meters in various stages of production with report generation and printing facility. Error measurement is based on comparison of a reference standard pulse with pulse from the meter under test and will compute the error percentage and provide "Pass"/"Fail" database on the programmed acceptance range of error. In each case the verifications are carried out by use of a portable reference standard meter appropriate for the class of meters. This 40 position Meter Test System, which is built up from standard components, can be used for testing and calibrating single or three-phase meters. Suitable sensors are available for use with the disc marks of electro mechanical meters, the light emitting diodes (LEDs) of electronic meters and LCD pulses pick up in tri vector meters.
