Ccube Systems offers a 20 position meter test rack that has facility to mount and connect the meters easily, where the time factor is more important. Because of its universal construction the quick connection device may be used for the support and connection of practically all types of electricity meters. Spring contacts and the tension lever are used to make proper contacts to the meter terminals. The test rack is pre wired and delivered as ready to use. Electrical data: maximum current over long periods – 60 A; maximum current (up to 10 min) – 80 A (higher current optional); and voltage – 450 V. Gantry and trolley test system: This system improves the productivity of meter testing by reducing the set-up time of meters by using detachable trolleys to the main calibration system. This also enables optimal utilisation of costly instrumentation like power source and error measurement systems.
