Digital Panel Meters

Autonics offers Digital Panel Meters, MT4Y. The meters can be used to measure AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current. Power supply for the panel meters is 100-240 V AC 50/60 Hz. These come with 4-digit red LED type display and can be used to measure different electrical parameters. Two sizes are available: W72 x H36 mm and W96 x H48 mm. The digital panel meters are available only with indication without output or indication with output. The typical outputs are relay with 4-20 mA, relay output, NPN/PNP +BCD output, NPN/PNP +4-20 mA, NPN/PNP + low speed serial output, NPN/PNP + RS485 output, relay + RS485 output, etc. These combinations can be selected from various combinations of model numbers. Maximum measuring inputs are 500 V AC/DC or 5 A DC/AC. Maximum display ranges are: -1999 to +9999. High/low function is possible. When they used to measure the frequency, these can be used from 0.1 Hz to 9999 Hz. A sampling time is 50 msec for DC and 16.6 msec for AC. The meters can be programmed for various functions by using pushbuttons in front. The DC voltmeter can be programmed for 500/100 V, 50/10 V, 5/1 V and 250 mV/50 mV DC. The AC voltmeter can be programmed for 500/250 V, 110/50 V, 20/10 V and 2/1 V AC. DC ammeter can be programmed for 5/2 A, 500/200 mA, 50/4-20 mA and 5/2 mA. AC ammeter can be programmed for 5/2.5 A, 1 A, 500/250 mA, and 100/50 mA. Applications are wide ranging: in electrical panel boards to display the voltage and current values. Also the output from these can be used to display and control parameters in power plants as a feedback to the DCS or PLC. One such example is that the 4-20 mA from an ultrasonic sensor can be displayed on the panel meter in terms of the meters and can be used for controlling the level using the output from the digital panel meters. Another application is the voltage output from the load cell can be displayed as weight of the vehicle in the weighing machines. All the models are CE certified. The other series available are MT4W.
