V-Belt For Heavy Duty Industrial Drives

Quad-Power II is a raw edge, narrow Section V-belt for heavy-duty industrial drives. Its curvilinear notch profile reduces and evenly distributes thermal and bending stresses. Improved resistance to reverse bends allows the use of back idlers. Precision ground sidewalls give the belt its uniform wedging action, guaranteeing smooth running in the pulley grooves and increasing transmission efficiency. Compared to other V-belt types, this product transmits more power on smaller diameter pulleys and is suited for high capacity, highrpm, heavy-duty applications. It is available in an extended range of ISO datum lengths up to 6,300 mm for XPZ, XPA, XPB, and XPC narrow cross sections.
