INTRUSION CONTROL PANEL, COMMUNICATOR+

Realty Automation & Security Systems offers Intrusion Control Panel, Communicator+, under the Vighnaharta brand. It is used to secure premises from possible intrusion while unattended. It can be also used to raise a panic alarm in case of emergencies using wireless pendants. Various sensors, eg, motion detector (PIR), smoke/LPG detector, door magnetic sensor, vibration sensor could be interfaced to sense various types of activities to trigger Communicator+. It has 5 wired sensor zones including one for smoke detectors. Smoke detector zone can take up to twenty 2-wire detectors in a single loop. It has 15 wireless sensor zones. There are specially developed battery operated sensors for various applications. Simplicity of installation: could be installed with wireless sensors in a matter of minutes and without disturbing the interiors of homes and offices. The unit has inbuilt rechargeable battery which can backup for 24 hours in case of a power failure. External batteries could be added to increase backup time. The system has in-built telephone dialer. User can store 20 sec voice message. When activated, system can dial 5 different mobile or landline numbers and deliver the message. Multiple wireless pendants could be used to raise the alarm in case of panic situation. Optional features: telephone interface can be wireless - a model which can be fitted with GSM SIM card, emergency could be conveyed by using GSM network to any mobile or landline; and central monitoring station connectivity (CMS) can be provided. CMS hardware and software is also available.
