V-Cop64 is 64-zone Emergency Management System. One can connect 64 wired sensors like Gas leak detectors, smoke detectors, panic switches, etc., in each flat of a building. In case of an emergency, sensor sends signal to the main control panel, which then displays the flat number and type of alarm. It also activates siren to fetch attention of security personnel. The system has built-in telephone dialer, which can call four telephone numbers and send voice message mentioning Zone No and type of alarm. System can also be connected to Central Monitoring Station. It supports standard Contact ID and SIA communication protocols. Optional Ethernet interface allows system to send Email, in case of an emergency or any other event. Once can check status of the system using Internet Browser. The system has about 24 hours battery backup. There is no need to run wires from every sensor up to the main control panel on the ground floor. Hard Wire Zone Expanders (HWX) are placed at suitable positions. 8 zones can be wired to each HWX. Multiple HWX are connected to the main control panel with the help of single pair wire. This saves the wiring cost significantly. For buildings with multiple flats, it is almost impossible to know emergency incidences happening inside the flats. If any one wants assistance, there is a need to sound an alert to the security personnel, usually located on the ground floor. It is also important to indicate location of the trouble and type of the emergency. V-Cop64 precisely does the same.
