Energy monitoring and alarm system

Hard Chem Electronics offers energy monitoring and alarm system that provides instantaneous kW, batch kWh and cumulative kWh indication by separate displays. This instrument built based on microcontroller design has non-volatile memory storage. Accurate energy measurement as per 0.5-class is assured. Control setting range is from 2 (min) to 6 (max). The device is equipped with real time clock/calendar for time reference. Relay output for controlling, energy conservation and monitoring and production cost control measures are the other salient features. Optional features include computer interface/software package, printer interface and large size display. The system is custom-designed for furnace heating, mixing process, heat treatment and sintering press. Application: Induction/arc/melting furnaces, process oven, batch processing in tyre and steel machinery.
