Hard Chem Electronics offers energy meter - EM 9001A that is built based on micro-controller design. The meter is made of ABS plastic and the mounting is of type panel mounting. It has energy pulse output to DCS/PLC for counting. Direct reading (without multiplication factor) is possible. Impulse counter is provided for energy registering. Energy registering is done in lead/lag power factor. PT and CT primary setting sites are programmable. The unit is self-powered from voltage input. It has phase reversal/power on/pulse on indications and display range of 999999. Electronic metering; suitability to single phase/3 phase 3 wire/3 phase 4 wire applications and HT/LT application; enclosure of dimension 96 (H) x 96 (W) x 120 (D) mm; conformance to IS 13779/IEC 687 standards; resolution of 0.1/1 kWh; minimum load of 0.5 per cent and accuracy class of 0.5 or 1.0 are the other features. Application: Individual load feeders, process plant, DG sets, captive power plant, air conditioning plant, furnaces and ovens.
