Tube Clamp Couplers

Micron Engineering Corporation offers a Tube Clamp Coupler, TGPL Series. This is developed to tackle the problems caused by variations in outer diameter of the copper tube. Sealing the tube on the face of seals solves this problem: the tube is inserted after pushing down the thumb lever and the black handle is moved to 90°, which pushes the rubber seal to hold the OD of the tube from inside the coupling; the tube is then sealed on the face of the seals therefore high vacuum application is possible; operation is simple, user friendly to the thumb lever and very easy to maintain; and different sealing materials are available. Specifications: materials of construction: brass and stainless steel; size: Œ, 3/8; working pressure: 30 kg/cm2; pressure resistance: 40 kg/cm2; suitable fluids: freon, helium, vacuum, air, hot air, etc. and seals material: HNBR, viton, neoprene.
