Tube Clamp Coupler

Micron Engineering Corporation offers TCL Series tube clamp coupler. To connect pressure or vacuum lines plain tubes need to be inserted. Here the brazing of threaded part can be avoided by using TCL coupler – the coupler is simply pushed over the end of the tube and pressed firmly to the stop position. This provides an effective leak proof sealing. Features: the tube can be disconnected merely by pressing down the lever and pulling of the coupler; excellent for water dip testing of heat exchanger coil, can be applied for charging and leak testing application also; and very user friendly as a simple thumb operation holds the tube. Specifications: material of construction – brass and stainless steel; size – 1/4, 3/8; working pressure – 30 kg/cm2; pressure resistance – 40 kg/cm2; suitable fluid – freon, helium, vacuum, air, hot air, etc.; and seals material – HNBR, viton, neoprene.
