Tool Clamping Fixture

RM of Mumbai offers Tool Clamping Fixtures. This tool setting fixture is one kind of subsidised tool for helping machine centres to work efficiently. The tool clamping fixture is used to fix tools on tool holder by fixing tools on tool clamping fixture before taking tool holder on machine (not clamping tool on machine spindle). It is both, safe and does not affect the precision of the machine spindle. It is made of toughened steel, hardened to 45 HRC and ground to get blue contact surface. It is provided with a double tenon. Its wide base is made of cast iron. This tool clamping fixture is available in taper number 30, 40 and 50. It can be used for any standard of taper, viz., BT, CT, SK, CAT, ISO, DIN-2080, DIN-69871, etc.
