OD Clamping Device for Turning on CNC

Yakado Engineers is engaged in manufacturing of precision products since last 28 years. The OD clamping device used for holding bearing rings or similar parts on CNC machine for bore turning and facing operation. Good concentricity, and good run-out is achieved by using this device. OD segments are provided. Only segments are to be changed as per size. Once the device is fitted on CNC machine, it needs only five minutes setting change time. A suitable back plate provided as per spindle nose taper – no soft jaws, no in position turning of segments.
