Yakado Engineers is a professionally managed company engaged in the manufacturing of a complete range of OD/ID job holding devices used on CNC machining centers to turn bearing races. The OD clamping devices for turning on CNC machines is used for turning of outside diameter by clamping bore of bearing races or similar components on CNC machines. Salient features include: no soft jaws, no in-position turning of jaws; good concentricity and run out; minimum setting time; back plates are provided as per spindle nose taper (A25/A26, etc); for various bores only collet segments are to be changed; and no need to change device – it takes five minutes to changes segments. The company also manufactures a range of ID clamping devices to hold bore sizes 35 to 60 mm, 50 to 120 mm, and 120 to 220 mm. It is engaged in manufacturing of precision engineering products since last 28 years.
