These are generally made as per MIL standard A-A-59326 and are interchangeable.

• Sizes: available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1.1/4", 1.1/2", 2", 2.1/2", 3", 4" and 5" sizes, higher sizes are also available upon request.
• End connections: various end connections are available as per the requirements of the systems such as: female threads, male threads, butt welded, flange connection, hose nipple.
• Sealing material (gaskets): depending upon the operating conditions such as temperature and the nature of fluid, sealing material is chosen.
• Normally used sealing materials are: nitirile, EPDM rubber, viton, and silicon.
• Material of construction: a wide range of material depending upon the usage and customer's requirement are available such as: carbon steel, stainless steel grade SS304, stainless steel grade SS316, aluminium alloy, brass.
• Pressure ratings:
  • Sizes – 1/2" to 4"; working pressure – 150 psi; and test pressure – 300 psi.
  • Sizes – above 4"; working pressure – 75 psi; and test pressure – 150 psi.
