Modular Fixturings

Witte Far East Pte offers Modular Fixturings, Alufix. These consist of measuring fixtures, checking gauges, gauges, etc. Fixtures are built on the spot very fast. Highly accurate, high-tensile aluminium components are repeatedly available for building new fixtures. Alufix, with their retooling concept work piece contact points are modified or assembled in a completely different design. Standard materials used in the original configuration are exchanged according to latest requirements. Within a short space of time the measuring fixtures in Alufix Classic for auto door interiors were reconfigured for a new model and their function extended. The retooled fixtures have double function as measuring fixtures and gauge in one. The retooling concepts are especially suitable for comprehensive projects, where amount of new investment required for standard components can be reduced considerably.
