Super Hobs & Broaches Pvt Ltd manufactures a range of Ground Thread Rolling Dies. These are available in flat and circular versions for thread rolling of fasteners and components. Dies are manufactured from the best quality imported D2/HSS material. The company was formed in 1999 with the necessary set up to manufacture high speed steel gear cutting tools and broaches, by promoters with sufficient experience and technical trained personnel quite conversant with the product. The range includes: broaches; gear hobs, Class 'A' and 'AA'; gear shaving cutters; gear shaper cutters; gear chamfering cutters; gear deburring cutters; master gears; profile relieved milling cutters; side and face milling cutters; metal slitting saws; splined mandrels and spline plug gauges; and bore and shank type milling cutters to standard as well as to customer's drawings and specifications. The raw material is either imported from Austria or Japan or is procured from Powmex Steel Limited set up in collaboration with Boehler Steels Limited, Vienna Austria world leaders in special steels. All tools manufactured are heat treated by salt-bath process, which is one of the best methods. This ensures uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life. Each cutting tool is accompanied by process data sheet and each process is followed by stage inspection. The standards followed are BIS, BS, DIN, ASA, JIS and GOST, etc., as per customers’ choice and specifications.
