Vibration Monitors

The Series 7000 from Baseline is a family of standalone 1-Channel and 2-channel permanently installed Vibration Monitors in a standard 92 x 92 mm DIN sized case. These are suitable for panel mounting, and thus ideal for OEMs for fitment with their manufactured equipment. Manufacturers of industrial motors, blowers, AHUs, pumps, generators, grinding machines and other special purpose vibration sensitive machines will find these units attractive. These monitors can be supplied with either RMS velocity or acceleration and are available with or without alarm. The alarm level can be conveniently set from the front panel and a potential-free contact is available for interfacing with annunciators, PLCs, or contactors. The unit can be mounted up to 100 metres away from the sensor. The sensor is suitable for casing temperatures up to 80? C. Specially imported sensors can also be supplied for difficult environmental conditions and elevated temperatures.
