Vibration Meter

Periodic assessment of machinery condition using vibration measurements is increasingly being accepted as a very cost effective maintenance aid. Vibration Meter 2040 is a compact hand-held instrument, suitable for general purpose vibration measurement on rotating machincry. It can measure RMS vibration velocity in mm/sec; in addition to Pk-Pk displacement in microns in the IS/ISO specified frequency band of 10 Hz- 1,000 Hz. The vibration sensor-an accelerometer has no moving parts, and integral amplifier, so that there is absolutely no effect of cable shake on the measured readings.
