Plating/Coating Thickness Testing System, Non Destructive

Among a wide range of plating/coating thickness testing systems, Model PTT-Indirect works on eddy-current principle, using a non destructive method. The range covered is 0 to 30 microns, with an accuracy of 5% and readability 0.1 microns. The minimum measuring area is 6 mm flat surface. Application is for higher conductivity coating on lower conductivity base: nickel, zinc, cadmium and tin on steel. The system works on 230/110 V, 50/60 Hz AC single phase, dimensions are 21 x 28 x 9.5 cm, and weight 2.4 kg.
