Among a wide range of plating/coating thickness testing systems, Model PTT-1, works on Coulometric principles and uses the destructive method for testing thickness of coatings. The range covered is 0 to 99.9 microns, with an accuracy of (2%) and readability 0.1 microns. The minimum measuring area is 3 mm x 3 mm flat surface. The tester works on 230/110 V, 50/60 Hz AC single phase, dimensions are 21 x 28 x 12 cm, and weight 3 kg.
