Moisture Testers

Earth Tekniks offers Moisture Meters. Ultra-low power micro controller and organic LED display together with metal hydride battery technology provide long operation cycles between charges. The instrument has a linear response over its entire range and on-board flash memory stores up to 10 different calibrations. Self-diagnostics check many critical signals and provide a low-battery alert when the device needs re-charging [typically leaving 30 minutes operating time]. When not in use, the instrument sits in a tabletop charger cradle. A "Blue tooth" option is offered to provide a wireless data-link to PC with software provided to input measurements directly into an Excel(r) spreadsheet. This unit is extremely lightweight and rugged, offering years of reliable performance. Applications include ceramic tiles, MDF boards, gypsum boards, paper and paper boards, foundry sand, detergent powders, veneers, plywood"s etc. System includes: built-in reference standard, metal hydride batteries (4 x AAA), tabletop charger cradle, and operating manual. Options: Blue tooth wireless link including support software, range 30 ft (10 m) and Baud rate 9600; soft textile carrying case; and hard foam-lined carrying case.
