Magnetic Crack Detection Machine

Khushbu Engineers offers the magnetic crack detection machine to detect hairline cracks on any ferrous material, eg, automobile components, earth moving components, machine tool components, forgings, heat treated parts or bar material. It works on the principle of magnetising the components either by keeping small components on magnetising bed or by flexible electrodes for big components. The magnetising ink is applied by a suitable method depending upon the size of the components. Small components are immersed in the ink while for big components ink is applied externally. Selection of ink depends on the condition of the material. For black surfaces fluorescent ink is used while for bright surfaces black ink is selected. Fluorescent light is required while using fluorescent ink and for black ink daylight is sufficient. Fine hairline cracks are detected by above methods.
