Khushbu Engineers, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, offers a variable spindle speed Manual Honing Machine, Model MH. The variable spindle speed is achieved by a VFD, without the slippage of belt. It is manufactured for a variety of components of internal diameter ranging from 3 mm to 75 mm. The design of machine is a very rigid, compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch quantity. A special braking effect to spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. The spindle nose is fitted with a 4-way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. Feed knob also can vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling by pedal. The size of the machine is 700 x 700 x 1200 mm, occupying very small space.
