Leak testing equipment

Faco Automation from Coimbatore offers the leak tester, an automatic testing apparatus/control circuit for testing and detecting leakages in various applications. The leak testing equipment can check leakages to the tune of .001 bar level. It is designed to automatically pump the air or fluid medium to the container and procedurally checks the leakage as per standards such as ISI or BIS. It emits signal outputs and indicates the status automatically by glowing the red and green lights. The equipment could be interfaced with any equipment through its signal output ports. Key attributes: Technical specification: Maximum pressure ranges up to 10 Bar (10 Kg per Square Centimeter) with a least count measurement of pressure in the vessel to the tune of even .001Bar ranges. The equipment needs compressed air at 6 bar dry filtered and 230v AC input for effective operation. The pressure and time limit can be set as desired by the operator as pressure and time band since the equipment is user friendly. For any special applications to have higher pressure limit than 10 bar ( 10 Kg per Sq. Cm) it can be designed as per customer?s need. Users friendly since when the push button switch is on, within a moment the Green lamp blinks when indicating ?No Leakage? condition and the Red lamp and a Beeper incase of ? Leak? condition.
