Leak Testing Machines

Faco Automation offers Leak Testing Machines. It consists of a control box; one stand; one indicator lamp setup; one air pumping rubber grommet in its construction. It is fitted with a high precision pressure switches and either with a logic control circuit or alternatively with a PLC depending on the usage and application. The circuit consists of pneumatic kits like flow and direction control valves. There is an air inlet port through which a supply of 5 bar air is into the circuit. There is an electrical input port though which an electrical supply of 230 V AC is supplied to the system with a perfect neutral. There is an electrical output port, which is connected to Red and Green lamps and alarms. This output is used to decide the quality or condition of the can under test. There is an air output system that is sending out air in predefined pressure to the can during testing. First of all utility supply like air and electricity is supplied in specified manner to the machine. The pressure at which the air to be tested in the can is set by the user only one time in the machine. The setting will be as follows: the pressure at which testing is to be done (P1); the pressure to which level drop can happen (P2); and the time allowed for such an allowed drop in pressure (T). Once the operator sets the pressure and time mentioned above, the equipment is ready to use in practical conditions. The rubber grommet is to be pushed in to the can mouth and press a green push button to activate the system. It will start giving a continuous beep and test the can to the set parameters. If the can is tested ok there will be a short beep of different tone and a green lamp glowing. If the can is tested not ok then there will be a long beep and a red lamp glowing in the system. If the can is not being tested properly and the system is not able to decide anything then there will be a reset button which will be glowing without any sound and signal lights.
