Marposs offers Quick Set--a unique concept of precision shop floor component that can be configured for most gauging applications on shaft like parts. The system architecture, with certified components, allows quick and easy design and assembly of precision, multi-dimensional gauges to suit the quality control requirements of virtually all specific shaft like parts. It is easily retoolable to cost effectively inspect multi-dimensional geometric measurements for batch runs as low as 20 parts. The unique PC based gauge configuration program, along with designed operating safeguards, assures rapid reliable performance. Above all it permits the utilization of existing inventory of dial indicators, digital indicators or LVDT probes. Quick Set accepts parts with: diameter 5_?"100 mm (0.02_?"4"), with maximun length of 700 mm (20") with mass up to 14 kg (30 lbs).
