Automation & Control Technics offers a cryogenic endurance test rig, Model ACT-CRYO-07, for endurance testing of auto-components. This product is uniquely designed and developed with the state-of-the-art technology for testing of automotive as well as industrial products for endurance. This is a cryogenic endurance test rig for testing auto gear cables as well as the gearbox assembly at -40?C to +120?C in a controlled atmosphere built with a thermally insulated cabin. The cryogenic temperatures are achieved using liquid nitrogen as the cooling agent. The temperature is controlled with the help of a probe and cryogenic valves. All the mechanisms such as shifting as well selection are programmed with the help of a PLC, which in turn controls the pneumatic equipment. The load cells with indicators display the forces applied very accurately. This equipment comes with an MMI for on field selection of test parameters. This equipment works continuously for millions of cycles to be tested.
