Automation & Control Technics provides custom built industrial automation products. The company is specialised in design and manufacture of press automation where by one can expect 50% increase in productivity and reduction in labour. Model ACT2000-PA loads a blank of sheet metal or any other blank to the press (dies) and the pressed component will be unloaded after the completion of the process. It consists of electro-pneumatic equipment controlled by a PLC. The job is picked up by a pick up arm from a magazine, where the jobs are stacked. Then the job is smoothly loaded between the dies. The press is operated automatically as it is integrated with the system. After the ram of the press moves up, the unloader, which similar to that as the loader, picks the job and stacks on the other side of the press.
