CRACK DETECTION MACHINES

Ferrochem offers Crack Detection Machines. It is used for testing coil springs of various dimensions. The special offset given to the front door of the frame enables the operator to move closer to the machine while actual operation, thus making him more comfortable. Copper mesh pads are attached on both stocks to establish proper contact without any danger of sparking or heating. The equipment can magnetise the spring circularly and by central conductor method also. Thus detecting the cracks in all directions is possible. Salient features: collapsible dark room for top loading and unloading; central conductor for magnetisation; effortless pneumatic clamping by push button; fixtures to hold all types of springs; and integrated tank (tray itself act as a reservoir).
